Le CERCLE PHILATELIQUE FRANCE RUSSIE et PAYS de l’ex URSS, a pour but de favoriser par la philatélie la connaissance de la Russie et des autres pays issus de l’ex URSS et de l’empire russe en France et de la France en Russie et dans les pays issus de l’ex URS.
L’Amicale Philatélique de Nanterre (association créée en 1947) a engagé depuis 2003 un travail de recherche documentaire sur la poste à Nanterre. Elle recherche tout document (notamment enveloppes, lettres et cartes postales, …) portant un cachet ou une mention postale de Nanterre en particulier pour la période 1900 à 1980.
Les ballons montés. Une page de l’histoire postale Française durant le siège de paris, période mal connue, mais riche de faits historiques et philatéliques.
